Endorphin Hour is a weekly strength and conditioning class in Allen, TX. I built it for women who want to get strong in a space that was actually made for them.

What to expect
Warm-Up / 10 minutes
Movement prep and core training. We open every class with a coached warm-up that gets your body ready and your head in the game. We do not skip this.
Strength Block / 30 minutes
This is the main event. Compound lifts, progressive loading, and coaching cues from me the entire way through. You will learn how to move well and build strength at the same time.
Conditioning Finisher / 10 minutes
A structured circuit that builds endurance, burns energy, and leaves you with one of those "I cannot believe I just did that" moments. This is training that blends strength, mobility, and movement so you can do more with your body, for longer.
Cool-Down and Community / 10 minutes
Stretching, breathing, and the part people show up early just to stay late for. This is where the real community gets built.

I designed Endorphin Hour around the experience of women, especially women who have ever felt like the gym was not their space.
If you are a complete beginner, this is the safest and most supported place to start.If you are an experienced lifter, you will be pushed and you will never be bored.
The only thing that does not belong at Endorphin Hour is an ego.

Your mat (optional), a water bottle, and athletic shoes. That is it. No experience needed, just show up.

I created this class because I was tired of spaces that made women feel like they did not belong. It is fun. It is challenging. It is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Not at all. I design every class so a first-time lifter and an experienced athlete can train side by side. I provide modifications for every movement and I coach each person individually throughout class.

Tell me before class starts and I will work around it. Modifications are always available. No one pushes through pain in my class.

Use the registration form on this page. You will get a confirmation with location details. That is it. Just show up.
