Not at all. Some of my favorite clients have never touched a barbell in their lives. I build your program around exactly where you are starting, and I teach you everything from the ground up.

We start with a warm-up focused on mobility, move into your main strength work for the day, and finish with any accessory or conditioning work built into your program. I am coaching you through every single movement. You will never walk into a session not knowing what you are doing.

I do not hand you a meal plan that cuts out everything you love. I teach you how to actually fuel your body. We talk macros, portion control that works with your goals, and how to build meals around more protein, fiber, and whole foods without making food feel like a second job.
