MY STORY

I was the skinny girl who spent years hiding in oversized clothes. Tired of taking up as little space as possible. Tired of feeling like my body was something to manage instead of something to build.

Then I started lifting. And everything changed. But not in the way I expected. I came in chasing a look. I stayed for the strength. Learning what my body was actually capable of shifted everything about how I moved through the world.

Today I am a certified bilingual personal trainer based in Allen, TX. I coach women who are ready to stop shrinking and start building, in the gym, in their confidence, and in their lives.

Here is what I want every woman to know: starting at age 30, you lose 3 to 8 percent of your muscle mass every decade. That rate speeds up after 60. Strength training is not optional. It is the most important thing you can do for your future self.

I built ReadySet because I needed it and it didn't exist. Now I get to be the coach I wish I'd had.

  • Not at all. Some of my favorite clients have never touched a barbell in their lives. I build your program around exactly where you are starting, and I teach you everything from the ground up.

  • We start with a warm-up focused on mobility, move into your main strength work for the day, and finish with any accessory or conditioning work built into your program. I am coaching you through every single movement. You will never walk into a session not knowing what you are doing.

  • I do not hand you a meal plan that cuts out everything you love. I teach you how to actually fuel your body. We talk macros, portion control that works with your goals, and how to build meals around more protein, fiber, and whole foods without making food feel like a second job.

    The goal is simple. Eat more of the right things. Keep the foods you love. Build a body that performs.
